Return Rights

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. The period begins when you receive the goods.

Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Contact us before returning.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days. The same payment method will be used.

Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is faulty or not as described.
